Okay so. I have received a lot of requests asking about my "go-to" bread recipe. I have played with recipes for about 2 years before finding one that I LOVED.
However, I have finally found it and I want to share it so the next time someone asks I can easily refer them right here!!
So my recipe may seem weird and complicated but I assure you it's not that difficult.
So since I've already posted this on Pepperplate I'm just going to direct you there..
However I'm going to add some photos here of what the process looks like..
Some will be from today and some will be from another instance.. seeing as how I'm only halfway through the process at this moment but it's done the same every time now so the results are accurate =)
Also you can kinda see that I've used this recipe a BUNCH and got favorable results each time =)
I will post a finished photo from my bread today once it is finished!! (Photos from today are on the blog here)
(Also I should note I've used this recipe with just a stand mixer (dough hooks) while I was on vacation and it still came out wonderful!! No worries if you don't have a breadmaker!!)
And here are some photos of the process.. Enjoy! If you have any questions just shoot me an email or comment! Thanks!
*In the future I plan to create a honey wheat bread of some sort.. I will let you know how the testing phase goes.. even if the results aren't favorable.
